a large potted plant beside the desk and it will be. Nice…now i have Shibuya Crossing to stare up at…

Errands. Don’t like having too much to do. After work and on the weekends. It’s bad enough spending 13 hours a day from 6am to 7pm getting ready to work, commuting to and from work, at work and stripping off work. And on top of that, studies, maintaining the home, preparing meals and the running daily life errands. It’s so great to be able to relax after errands are done, home maintenance is done, things on the to-do list ticked off. Life should be errand-free.
Can spend all day at home. Reading. Learning nihongo. Photography. Gaming.

Whist listening to a little R&B or Rap…
50x100cm from Fabness for $49.95 at Scoopon to be hung on the wall on top of the monitor

Spent most of this Christmas/New Year holiday cleaning, sorting and organising, getting life in order. It’s the first time in 5 years being at home during this time of the year. But it feels great. Great to have things in place and matters in order. Two more days to the end and then it’s back to work.
Took me three hours to complete vacuuming. Vacuuming isn’t just about dragging the vacuum to and fro on the carpet. One needs to take care not to knock the vacuum into the wall, corners, furnitures and anything. And one needs to hover just above but not touch the kerb between the wall and the floor when vacuuming those parts of the house, so as not to damage the paint job. It is hard work and not everyone, if any, is able to do it. That’s why no one is qualified to vacuum for me. Who is anyone to even make a remark about how often i should vacuum or the state of cleanliness. I don’t just vacuum for the sake of vacuuming. When i vacuum, i vacuum. When i don’t, i maintain. With common sense.
