No two identical moment

Did not bring my camera with me the morning this image was captured. Was hurrying to Cityrama office to arrange a day-trip before we leave Paris and didn’t think I would need the camera. How wrong was I. It’s when you think you won’t or don’t need something that the something will surface. I only had my iPhone with me to capture that moment in time on Pont des Arts. And never think you can come back another day for the exact same moment. We went back the morning before departing France but the sky was overcast and I didn’t manage to capture on my camera, the same image taken with the iPhone. So all i have is a 700×466 instead of a 3648×2736.

Lesson learnt…always, always have my camera with me, even if it doesn’t seem like I would possibly need it. I never know…
On a side note…like how i’ve also captured the bird

Pair
Have you ever wondered how do birds fall asleep if they have to remain conscious to grip onto the branch that they are resting on.
I like this image a lot. It’s simple, almost colourless and has a certain mystical feel to it.
