Tuna with rice

is lunch for today, with strawberries for dessert.

Pasta, Japanese style.

to feed the 3 o’clock hunger pang on a Sunday afternoon.

I liked it. It was filled with tarako, tiny fish roe. Just like the one i had here.

I’m going to bring this for lunch tomorrow as well.

I love lamb

Bak Kut Teh

Don’t mean to blow my own vuvuzuela but I can prepare a wicked Bak Kut Teh meal even though I’m not a huge fan of it. And my Bak Kut Teh is living proof that adding all the ingredients in at the same time can taste just as good, if not better. I don’t have all day. Just add thick dark soy sauce and light soy sauce when meat is cooked.

Creamy Tomato Pasta

Spaghettini (my preferred choice of spaghetti size), slived, olives, fresh tomato pieces, fresh mushroom pieces, chargrilled eggplant and a jar of pasta sauce

Stir-fried with garlic, sambal belachan and dried shrimps.

Baked Pasta & Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients: Spaghettini (thin spaghetti, which i find, is better than the thicker ones),chopped garlic and chilli, coriander, cut portobello mushroom (or any type of mushroom)

stir pasta into the sauce and pour into an oven-safe baking tray
