to feed the 3 o’clock hunger pang on a Sunday afternoon.

I liked it. It was filled with tarako, tiny fish roe. Just like the one i had here.

I’m going to bring this for lunch tomorrow as well.
Don’t mean to blow my own vuvuzuela but I can prepare a wicked Bak Kut Teh meal even though I’m not a huge fan of it. And my Bak Kut Teh is living proof that adding all the ingredients in at the same time can taste just as good, if not better. I don’t have all day. Just add thick dark soy sauce and light soy sauce when meat is cooked.

Served with cut chilli in thick soy sauce and light soy sauce mixture, you tiao and lettuce.

Stir-fried with garlic, sambal belachan and dried shrimps.

Didn’t dry the vegetables thoroughly and turned out drenched

served with short grain rice (Japanese rice) with furikake, steamed tofu topped with fried garlic and oyster sauce, and a piece of leftover hot & spicy KFC.

Ingredients: Spaghettini (thin spaghetti, which i find, is better than the thicker ones),chopped garlic and chilli, coriander, cut portobello mushroom (or any type of mushroom)

shredded cheese and pasta sauce

add all ingredients except the pasta and cheese

stir pasta into the sauce and pour into an oven-safe baking tray

bake in oven until cheese turns brown

and while the pasta is being baked…
Pancetta or Prosciutto

picked Pancetta to wrap around the asparagus, since the expiry date is sooner
