It was extremely windy. Short skirts were not a good idea.

Everything seems to be interesting in Tokyo, if not Japan. Even the products sold at the station kiosks. Most probably due to the packaging and presentation.

Back in Shinjuku, looking for somewhere to eat. The downside of Tokyo is that most of the eateries are always full and queueing is required. It does get a little frustrating and tiring sometimes when you’ve had a long day and all you want is to find a place to sit down and have a quick meal.
DSC_0931

Spotted McDonalds. Nothing can be easier and quicker, right?
DSC_0932

Wrong. Long queue and usually out of empty seats means waiting required. And there is actually a smoking section in the McDonalds in Japan, which doesn’t help and isn’t pleasant for non-smokers.

Had to settle for Wendy’s instead.
DSC_0934

A late night meal purchased from the convenience store. This is sometimes the solution when there are queues and no empty seats. They can even heat the food up for customers. This is the definition of customer service. Tarako spaghetti tasted quite good actually.
