On Sundays, the cosplayers gather at Harajuku, near the entrance to Meiji Jingu, not far from the JR Harajuku station.

Cosplay is a subculture in Japan. Versailles is a band based on this. The vocals are pretty ordinary but the costume is dramatic. Note that none of the band members are females.
